After some valuable input from a few users, I am moving forward on a minor update to the plug-in to make it easier to associate tags with a group. I have already started designing the flow and mocked up the new screen, which I will share a little later in the post.
I realize that, for users with thousands of tags, that clicking and wading through the list of tags to hand pick the ones you are interested in is very cumbersome. I have not made it into the thousands of tags yet, so this scenario never presented itself in my testing. So, in version 1.1 of Tag Grouping I will add a textbox entry field that will allow the user (you) to paste in your tags, comma-separated much like you can do during posting. It will even distinguish if the tag is new, and go ahead and add it to the existing tags before adding it to the group. I think, until I can get version 2 off its feet, that this will alleviate a lot of headaches.
Mocked up Create/Edit Group Screen which shows the new textField for tags as well as a scrollbar for all of your tags. The scrollbar will help keep your screen more manageable instead of scrolling for eternity.

Existing Database Integration [Tag Grouping to WordPress] – This is nothing new but it is nice to know the flow of data between the installed plug-in and your existing WordPress installation. 3 tables are created when Tag Grouping is installed that manage all of your tag groups, their names and which posts they are associated with.

As always, please send me any feedback you might have. I am interested in making this plug-in as useful as possible and the more feedback I get, the better.
